Does polychroncity affect employees’ performance? The mediating effect of employees’ engagement

This study integrated the person-job-fit theory to look into association between polychronicity and employees’ performance mediated through engagement in education sector. By applying, random sampling, this collected primary data from teachers of Government colleges (N=187), survey questionnaire. The results indicated main effect indirect employee’s on (in-role behaviour). Findings suggested a positive significant relationship Polychronicity with performance. mediating role (in-role-behaviour) was also strongly supported by results.
